Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time. Because we roast and pack to order for maximum freshness, orders are prepared and dispatched within 4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier timelines can vary.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any available free-shipping thresholds or flat rates will be shown before you pay.

Order tracking. A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us through our Contact page.

Delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if a package appears lost or stuck in transit, reach out and we will help track it down or make it right.
